City advises of contractor in Surrey Estate and Newfields

The City of Cape Town’s  Water and Sanitation Department is aware of a message circulating on the WhatsApp platform regarding the validity of a contractor who was conducting work in the Surrey Estate and Newfields areas.

The City can confirm Sakh’iKhaya suppliers is a City contractor which assists with water meters and restores water supply relating to service requests. In this case, they visited an incorrect address due to an error on the system.
